TEXAS BEER AND LIQUOR LAWS :
What you need to know!


The Quick Facts:


      Retail for Offsite Consumption -

           Beer and Wine available at grocery and convenience stores:
           Monday through Friday 8am to 12am(midnight)
           Saturday 7am to Sunday 1am(morning)
           Sunday 12pm(noon) to 12am(midnight)

           Liquor/Package Store:
           Monday through Saturday 12pm(noon) to 9pm
           Sunday closed all day

And here in Texas,

(2) "Intoxicated" means:

(A) not having the normal use of mental or physical faculties by reason of the introduction of alcohol, a controlled substance, a drug, a dangerous drug, a combination of two or more of those substances, or any other substance into the body; or

(B) having an alcohol concentration of O.08 or more.
